In my opinion, I don't think that the Bay of Pigs or the Cuban Missile Crisis had anything to do with the Kennedy assassination. Although they never found the "real" killer if it wasn't L. H. Oswald, and they didn't get to question him because he was also assassinated, I don't believe that anyone would have killed Kennedy specifically for the Bay of Pigs or the Cuban Missile Crisis. Although it is possible that someone sought revenge against Kennedy because of what he did at the Cuban Missile Crisis, it is unlikely, in my opinion. I think the reason he was killed was for reasons relating to these incidents, yet it was a much bigger reason. JFK was killed as a result of the tenseness throughout the world during the time period in which he was in office, it was not specifically either of these incidents.

After the Truman doctrine came the Eisenhower doctrine. As the President replacing Truman, Eisenhower had a new Doctrine to introduce. His doctrine was about ending the Korean war, and starting new organizations. The "doctrine of containment" introduced organizations like NATO, but for different parts of the world. Names included OAS (Latin America), ANZUS(NZ and Aus), SEATO (Southeast Asia), and CENTO (Middle East). These were made to keep communism contained.
The USA attempted to stall the spread of communism in Europe by employing the Truman Doctrine. This method was under the name of then US president, Harry Truman. What it did was pay minor European countries money to stop them from becoming communist. It was essentially the US bribing these countries not to work against them. They were afraid that Communism would sweep Europe, and they were willing to do anything to stop it. Truman would not back down no matter what, therefor he paid massive amounts of money to countries like Greece in order for them to not give in to communism.
